3.5 Violation of State, 联邦 or Local Laws Not Specifcally Identified in the Code 
Violation of any State, 联邦, and/or Local law not described in this Code and identified by proper authority. A finding will be based on university standard and presumption of not responsible unless found otherwise during university proceeding. The outcome of a criminal matter will not impact the outcome of a conduct process and vice versa.
